Orders

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours of shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll change or cancel it free of charge. After that, your order may already be processing, but you can still return it under our 30-day policy once it arrives.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

We're sorry! Send a photo of the damaged item to our support team within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders over $35. Orders below that ship for a flat $4.99. Items marked FAST arrive in 2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–10 days. You'll see an estimated delivery window on every product page and at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across the United States, with international shipping rolling out soon. Join the newsletter to hear when your country is added.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Every item can be returned within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. See the full policy on our Returns page.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return arrives at our facility, refunds are issued within 3 business days to your original payment method. Banks may take an additional 2–5 days to post the credit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed over a 256-bit SSL encrypted connection.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. Spotket never stores your card details — payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors, and every page on our site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Do you price match?

We do. If you find an identical item listed for less at a major retailer, contact us with the link before or within 7 days of your purchase and we'll match the price.

Account

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is always available. Customer accounts with order history and faster checkout are coming soon.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also ask support to remove you manually.
