Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it — hassle-free, no interrogation, no restocking fees.
How it works

Start your return
Email support@spotket.com or use the contact form with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll reply with a prepaid return label within 1 business day.

Pack and ship
Place the item back in its original packaging (if you have it), attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location. Keep the drop-off receipt until your refund posts.

Get your refund
Once the return reaches our facility, we issue your refund within 3 business days to the original payment method. Banks may take another 2–5 days to post it.
The fine print
- Items should be unused and in resalable condition. Original packaging is appreciated but not required.
- Damaged or defective items are always replaced or refunded free — just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
- Return shipping is free when the item is defective or we made a mistake; otherwise a flat $4.99 label fee is deducted from the refund.
- For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal-care items can only be returned if faulty.
- Refunds always go to the original payment method. We can offer store credit instead if you prefer.
